Vikasa Human Rural Development & Educational & Charitable Trust is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to uplifting rural communities by promoting sustainable development, education, and self-employment opportunities. Our primary objective is to improve the socio-economic conditions of rural populations through skill development programs, livelihood support, financial empowerment, and access to government welfare schemes.
We collaborate with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), unemployed youth, women entrepreneurs, marginal farmers, and economically weaker families. By offering loans, business guidance, and professional training, we help individuals become self-reliant and confident contributors to society.
Vikasa Human Rural Development & Educational & Charitable Trust was founded in 2016 by Sri B. Rachaiah, a passionate social worker dedicated to uplifting rural families and improving their quality of life. Inspired by the struggles of underprivileged communities, he envisioned an organization that would focus on empowering people with the skills, support, and knowledge needed to build a better future.
Starting with small initiatives like supporting women through Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and awareness programs in nearby villages, the trust gradually expanded its services to skill development, livelihood promotion, and financial access for farmers and rural youth. Over the years, the trust has supported several families by providing guidance and assistance for sheep farming, poultry projects, dairy units, education, and entrepreneurship.
Rooted in compassion and community service, Vikasa Human Trust continues to grow stronger — driven by the founder’s belief that every rural individual deserves equal opportunities to progress and prosper. Today, the trust stands as a symbol of hope, development, and empowerment for many villages.
It has been my lifelong dream to see rural families live with dignity, self-reliance, and hope. With that desire, I established Vikasa Human Rural Development & Educational & Charitable Trust in 2016. I have always believed that development truly begins when people are empowered with the right knowledge, guidance, and opportunities.
