Sri. B. Rachaiah
FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN
VIKASA HUMAN RURAL DEVELOPMENT & EDUCATIONAL & CHARITABLE TRUST
Sri B. Rachaiah is a committed social leader and humanitarian who has dedicated his life to improving the quality of life in rural communities. Born and raised in a modest background, he closely experienced the struggles of farmers, daily-wage workers, and families without access to education, financial support, and livelihood opportunities. These early life experiences shaped his strong desire to serve society and bring meaningful transformation to those in need.
With a deep belief in “empowerment through opportunity”, he founded Vikasa Human Rural Development & Educational & Charitable Trust in 2016. His primary mission was to uplift rural households by promoting skill development, women empowerment, self-employment, financial literacy, and awareness about government schemes.
- Supported numerous Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and women entrepreneurs
- Facilitated loans for sheep farming, poultry units, and small businesses
- Conducted skill development training for youth and women
- Promoted education assistance and dropout prevention
- Organized community welfare & awareness programs
- Connected rural families with national-level loan and subsidy schemes
Sri Rachaiah believes that real development is not just financial growth, but the holistic progress of families—socially, economically, and educationally. His vision is to ensure that every rural individual has the knowledge, confidence, and support required to lead a self-reliant life.
Known for his humility, transparency, and dedication, he continues to work directly with villagers, motivating them to take advantage of the opportunities that can change their future. He inspires his team and volunteers to remain committed to the trust’s core values of service, compassion, and empowerment.
Today, Sri B. Rachaiah stands as a remarkable example of how one individual’s passion for service can positively impact entire communities. His efforts continue to bring hope and transformation across villages, building a stronger and more empowered rural India.
